We have a policy of sending invitations to our annual meeting to active members first and giving them a couple of weeks to RSVP.

On November 21, we will send an invitation to our Friends list for any remaining slots. Starting with ION 2017 we will extend the period for which a member is considered Active to the last three meetings (it was two meetings before).

Our capacity for ION 2017 is 40 people and registrations for both waves of invitations will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis. If the conference fills up before you register, you will be put on a waiting list.
